Adjusted fan physics slightly.
Re-routed alley to come out underneath concrete platform.

Non balance changes:
Expanded spawn courtyard a tiny bit and added a structure.
Added a second floor to spawn with a balcony, mostly to put a fan in it for players to get used to the physics in safety.

a4b instead of a4 because 'a4' as a filename would not compile for some reason.

Clipped off above the wall between concrete and alley.
Tightened the route from alley towards concrete into a small double-door.
Removed the plank and small platform to the rocks in the middle of courtyard.
Made the signs on concrete taller.
Axed some sniper blockers from the sniper nest to make it more appealing.
Slightly adjusted fan physics.
Moved health kit & ammo inside observatory lobby up further towards the point.
Expanded alley.
Added a route climbing over the truck into alley.
Allowed players to go over the wall separating concrete platform and alley.

Plank and small platform bridging from mid buildings to a rock in the center of courtyard.
Tiny rock to clamber up from lower courtyard to mid building platforms.

Bridge platform above the point spanning between the two side-buildings has been added.
Replacing the barrel climb are fans, which have a large low gravity zone above them and act like jump pads if you're moving upwards near the bottom.
Removed nip.

Major changes:
Removed the far-left route from spawn, and the concrete platform it lead to.
While I want to allow a bit of forward holding, I realized that this route was potentially making it far too easy. The whole concrete flat was also very spacious with nothing to it, I noticed a lot of fights breaking out here outside of normal engagement distances.

Re-routed parking lot entrance that previously lead out onto concrete into the building it previously wrapped, instead.
This was already being considered to make the route less out of the way, but with the removal of concrete this became obvious. This might make the flank too quick and easy to use, however.

Added a protrusion in the middle of the point, Might make playing around the point slightly more interesting, and provide a bit of extra cover. Also incidentally blocks a sightline between the side-buildings.

Smaller changes:
Shifted spawns over slightly.
Changed a medium healthkit in the lower route to a small, and removed the associated ammo.
Moved a medium health & ammo on the far left route into the building.
Raised the clipping roof in the observatory up higher to give more room.
Removed the obstructions in the spawn courtyard now that I no longer have sightlines to cover.
Added some rocks to the courtyard in front of mid, one to block sight into the side buildings from the second floor deck, and another to climb onto that aforementioned deck from the ground now that concrete does not exist.
