Added A Observation point in about every level
(Basically spectator points).

jump_simplejumper Version 3 - The Lighting Update

I have added 3 New things
  1. Lighting
  2. Made the Blu Spawn area a Arena
  3. Reds now can go to the Blu Spawn Arena!

jump_simplejumper version 2

In this version I have fixed 2 issues where the levels 4, and 6 had issues with not being sealed, I have fixed that so now you should not see repeating textures while moving.
