Survivors:
* All miniguns deal only 60% of their normal damage.

Zombies:
* Gas Passer takes 15s to charge instead of 60.
* Soldier's Banners now charge passively (takes around 25s to charge).
Fixed a bug sometimes causing Zombie weapon restrictions apply to Survivors.
* 24 players will now result in 6 Survivors (as it was intended), as opposed to 7.
* Survivors now get forcerespawned when A is captured.
* Capturing A now adds only 90 seconds instead of 270.
* More health and ammo packs.
* Removed Crumpkins

Survivors:
* Sentry Damage reduced from 50% to 25%.
* Melee crits replaced with mini crits.
* Reduced spawn wave time (20 -> 15).
* Experimental: Setup Spawn. Reduced Setup Time (50 -> 30)

Zombies:
* Zombies' Sentry Damage is still 25% of Stock.
* Fixed Invisible textures and clipping issues for Zombies' spawn
* Reduced spawn wave time (8 -> 3)
* Experimental: Enabled Wrangler and Mediguns
