Fixed red forward spawn door trigger.
Same map built from the ground up.
Major changes to blue spawn and C point.
Everything else is almost the same but noticeably different.
Just fixed the window not being solid
added more cover to B flank
adjusted cover around B point
made the lobby house between B and last more roomy
