fog_dynamic and fog_dynamic_lit will spawn ontop of static world geometry, see the example vmf for how to use them.
fog_dynamic_lit supports setting control points 1-4 to add "lighting" to your fog. Feel free to edit the particle to adjust falloff and color of the lights, by default it falls off around 256 hu and is a yellow/orange color, see the example vmf for how to use it.
Will update later with more sizes and a lower to the ground version
