It's back! Back and drier than ever!

In this update I've updated mainly the first point and just beyond it, BLU spawn, B-Last have not been changed much.

- Moved packs
- Changed the layout inside BLU spawn
- Removed a 1-way route that BLU had access to when B is captured
- Heightened a fence that allowed a ridiculous sightline
- Generally blocked unwanted sightlines
