Dewm rc1

- cleaned up some props
- updated some textures
- updated collision/clipping
- added map loading img
- now possible to drop down from upper jumppad shelf without taking damage
- normalized brightness of lights around the level
- fixed clipping around mid

dewm_b7 update includes:

- closed access to jump pad from sniper path, each team has their "safe" jump pad from bottom access (after reviewing some demos spy felt a little op compared to other classes, thanks chin and hackkyckling)
- added full ammo beneath sniper shelf
- added custom hud icon for capture point
- added textures for various models
- added decals
- added a moody sandstorm in the 3d skybox (thanks void)
- updated draw distance on some props
- increased visibility in vent
