The bottom half of a control point hologram
I wanted the lower half of a cap point hologram for a map I'm working on, so I made one.
This model just re-uses the materials cappoint_beam_*, so it might not work so well if another set of assets replaces the material.
The skins are the same as the skins for a control point base model:
0: Neutral
1: Red
2: Blue
