Custom Hydro Skybox was acting weird for people so I switched it to sky_hydro_01. Felt it was necessary to update... unless you like big pink skyboxes.
- Added a few extra cosmetic details to the pub and garden
- Improved out of bounds clipping a bit
- Added a white car to block a horrendous sightline
- Added a moving car in the back alley
