It's arena_offblast, but everyone can ride their own person rocket (using the Soldier's Rocket Jockey taunt).
Each person has 1 ammo, can deploy it at any time and ride it for however long they want. They can jump off of it to hurl it toward targets, or ram straight into them (your choice). Can also shoot the opposing player riding the rocket, and if you kill them, their rocket explodes and can team kill.
It'll be a fiesta!
