-Adjusted height of water on b1 to prevent zfighting

Cleaning up this map now that I'm back to finishing old projects.
  • Fixed teleports on b3, and func_illusionary'd + playerclipped walls for anticheat
  • Full compiled with 2x higher luxel scale since lighting looks fine and file size should be lower then

Jump 6 has 2048u ceiling smash from start down to floor through hole
Jump 8 has 887u ceiling smash on upwards hole
Jump 10 has 1264u ceiling smash from start
Jump 14 has 638u ceiling smash on both holes ceiling
Jump 16 has 1009u ceiling smash on 2nd hole ceiling
Jump 18 has 2048u ceiling smash on 2nd ceiling segment
