Autogyro a2

First update after the Jam! Woohoo!

Expect the next update, if/when that comes, to be a complete remake. While I'm happy with the map overall, it's a bit over-scaled, and I really dislike mid.

OVERALL
- Changed the filename to start with "arena" instead of "ctf"
- Minor redecorating
- Removed some custom assets, though most are retained

SPAWN
- Turned up the lights
- Moved the spawn points slightly closer to the door
- Added a second "resupply cabinet" with a small ammo and health pack
- Increased the spawnroom ammo pack from medium to full
- Clipped the wooden supports under the upper spawn exit


FLAG
- Fixed the no-entry doors being yes-entry doors

BASES
- Added a "window room" to the long building near the silo-side exit, with a direct view of the flag area
- Extended one of the buildings near mid to block a major map-wide sightline
- Removed the boards facing towards spawn on the bridge to mid

MID
- Replaced the prop silo with brushwork
- Beefed up the platform that wraps around the silo. Instead of being a thin, hanging platform, it now extends into the ground.
- Clipped the crate-truck propjump near the silo. This should make climbing the propjump significantly easier
- Added pickups to the center shack
- In response to an assassination attempt, the Spy and Engineer have been moved to a safe location, and their autogyros have been temporarily stored. When tensions ease, they shall return.
- Added the frog
- Moved the autogyros to the center of the map
- Added clipping
- Added a spectator camera
- Added cubemaps
