Added optimizations
Tweaked some textures to be more consistent
Changed the awkward tank sunk in the floor to something less awkward
The overtime auto roll-forward now starts out much slower (5%) and ramps up to slightly faster than before (26%) over a minute and a half.
The cart lift now descends upon one team winning.
Cart now moves at 70% from the rollback all the way to the cap point, instead of being 50% on just the rollbacks.
Changed some textures to hopefully make the map more cohesive, primarily the large buildings near mid are now brick.
Added holographic signs in spawn that disable when setup ends.
Added Pdan/14bit's Sticky stopper to some moving objects.
Implemented cubemaps, which I forgot to do before.
Fixed some clipping errors.
Did some more displacement work on the cliff at mid.
