Attrition Granary a1c

- Added some health to last
- Point now unlocks after 30 secs
- Respawn waves now start at 30 secs and increase by 10 after each wave
- Capping mid respawns teammates
- Capping second point gives crits to the team that caps

- Respawn waves now only start once the middle cap is active
- Disabled first blood crits
- Disabled arena queue system
