A4 - true "expansion" pack

Resize the whole map (fking nightmare), +64hu in width, length and height
Remove some obstacles
Add a medium healthpack on mid
Move the spawnrooms forward abit (64)
Change and add some lights

a quick update for a6, combine both change logs:

- Change the CP to add some lore to the map, also make the middle area more interesting
