    Description
    Teams use CP/teleporters to enter the arena/skybox and gain points for eliminating the opposing team from the arena. Additional points are awarded for owning the arena long enough to capture it.

    Alpha 7 Revision 2
    Teleports:
    -Players now may teleport to different exits from standing on the same teleport pad.
    -Two new random teleport exits added for each team.

    Health/ammo:
    -Removed 1 small ammo and 1 small health, moved mediums from top level to mid level in arena.
    -Added medium health and ammo near neutral teleport.

    Visuals:
    -Cliffs supporting spawn area added to miniature and main.
    -Retextured arena spawn room revisualizers.
    -Rework of spawn lighting.

    Quickly rolling through the alphas

    I'm going through alphas fairly quickly as I refine the gameplay a bit. Here are some screens fro alpha 2:

    Hoping to do 3 single-fire teleports with a 5-second warning once activated for the next alpha, so maybe medic/heavy pairs can go in together rather than each having to take a separate cp/teleporter and then trying to meet back up during combat.

    Also will probably alter spawns to be less campable and add some cover to the arena area.

    The airship has a model texture. It is all black when it is in shadow.

    It doesn't suck as much as people who have animated gif sprays of people pooping.

    p.s. Can an admin delete the griefer's post and this one please?

    Yeah, for some reason that slipped by me. I was thinking the all black thing had something to do with the tracktrain for some reason :)

    I played it with you today Grim, tbh I <3 it its unsual and its memorable. I like the gameplay style where you need to kil to get points in the arena, my only thing was when we were killing in the arena alot you gus stil won cos you tele'd more, try and maybe add 1.25 points per kill in the arena or something.

    People are having a really hard time figuring out how the map works (or just don't care), so if anyone has any idea how to make the following more obvious, I'd appreciate it:

    First Team to 10 points wins!
    A team can earn 1 point for killing all off the opposing team in the arena.
    A team can earn 1 point for taking control of the neutral teleporter/cp in the middle.

    There are a total of 3 teleporter/CPs. One for each team by their spawn, and a neutral CP in the middle.

    When someone on the team steps on the teleporter/CP by their spawn, it 'charges up' over 5 seconds with a series of beeps. At the end of the 5 seconds the teleport fires and sends everyone on it into the arena. A lot of time people will step on the teleporter to activate it, and then run off towards the middle before the teleporter fires. When this happens, it sits charged and ready and the first person to enter it is teleported.

    Once the teleporter by your spawn has been used, it cannot be used again until everyone in your team is no longer in the arena, at which time the opposing team gets a point and your teleporter and the neutral teleporter are reset.

    The neutral teleporter is also one-use, but rather than 5 second warmup, it warms up while it is being captured, and teleports everyone (from one team) on it at the end of a capture.

    Just to let those who played a602 on gameday know, I'm aware the top/spawn area needs work. Up until now I've been working mainly on the mechanics and such. Hopefully you'll like the changes coming in a7. Here is a sneak peak of red's new base/spawn:

    I dont really know how scoring on this map works, so I just use the teleport and play the map as if it was a DM map. Create your own custom mission greafing with images at the menu when you join. Would be very helpful to explain exactly how this works.

    Also only 1 path from red/blue spawn to the middle point isnt good at all. Blu where camping at that corner all the time with pyros. They could simply airblast you into your death.

    Also make it buildable everywhere in the arena or nowhere, its very hard to get to the middle of the arena and get a sentry up. Nearly impossible without it getting destroyed.

    I like how the greek gods thing is going, you could take it a step further and make blu the egyptian gods :D you already have the stuff...
