When are they going to fix Hammer?

I'm aware that TF2maps.net wrote a letter to try to fix some issues. Is it already sent? Are you still adding bugs to the list? Are they really going to fix it? How much long do we have to suffer?

I really want my func_rotating for my next jump map =(

Nope, sadly. Check that thread full of 'broken' features of hammer specifically for TF2
(func_rotating being broken is strange because they use it in gravelpit and 2fort and posibly others)

I suspect an update will be churned out a few weeks from the goldrush release

Well, I think Valve probably uses a more professional version of hammer to make their stuff. Whats really odd is that it rotates but doesn't LOOK like it rotates.

aye, and props can't be parented to it so no rotating radar for us :'(

Valve has been stealth fixing / adding features. Func_rotating should have been one of the fixes, and stealth additions include return timer fields for item_teamflags. Check the Letter to Valve Thread for these changes.
