water problems

[Captain Planet]

I got some water problems.
When i'm above the water, the rock below the water looks fine.
But when i go underwater it goes like nodraw.
Could this be because i didn't build cubemaps yet?

Map leakage perhaps mate, run the map, turn off vis and rad and also check the box to NOT run launch the game, go to map>load point file and follow the red line to show the leak.
