Ivy - Set

Okey, i tried my hands on some foliage...Watched Dr. Spuds awesome vineyard them for a long time and decided i should just try.
I'll invite anyone to just try these out and decide whether they fit and do justice ingame or not. I found it hard with my limited mappingrippingskills to get a proper scene with the props to work. But i think they are quite coherent to Spud's versions and i loooooove his ivy models

Here's all compiled models so far. Theres a couple of hanging versions and one for corners. It looks kinda busy on the screens, but ingame i kinda like it. Up to you to decide

If anyone should care for another version...read this: I'll do it on a case to case basis, only if it ends up getting used ingame

here's my theory. Dr. Spud made his ivy like that on purpose so people like me who try to imitate get on the wrong track and fail horribly :/

mh, not on the wip-vineyard map version that i downloaded
anyways, did a quick ingame test, works for me
same models, just put some on the ground level ^^

It's sort of noisy but it's not bad.

Also my ivy doesn't grow from the ground up, I just thought it looked better hanging. I guess it would make more sense if there were vines going up, but whatever. Not based on a true story.

Speaking of vines, maybe some vines to go with the ivy would look nice. And a trellis. Looks great though!

maybe i should update with 2-3 texture variants. bigger leaves, other color values...but considering there's not too much download action i'll just wait till the first real person uses it ingame
cause my example doesn't really show what can be done, i guess

thanks for trying them out. that's like first time out of the lats 101 models, i see actual ingame pictures that are not from myself
