Valve Hinting at 10th Team Fortress 2 Class in L4D?

Shitttttttttt. A new class. It does look like it on the box although it could be valve taunting us. If it is true though I sure hopre it isnt the civ as it isnt needed.

Am I the only person who clearly sees it's a Heavy? He's got an ammo belt around the shoulder, and look at the position of his arms (holding the minigun). I think it's safe to say that 'collect all 10' is just a gag

Yes, the picture is a Heavy, but it's just a sample of the 10 figures. And the 10th one is Civillian for sure.
Why? Because there was a civilian in TFC and because Heavy is the only class atm that can be transformed into civilian bug (the class they show in the box). So Yeah i think they're going to add civillian as a 10th class.
Oh yes, and remember the civilian figure in Meet the Sniper

I think its pretty clear the heavy was just an example, since he is probably the most recognizable of the TF2 classes.
If they do come out with figurines, I hope to god they make one a sentry gun

I don't think this is Valve "fucking with us", they have made teasers before (flaregun and sandwich in sniper's and scout's "Meet the"-movies) and they have turned out to be implented.
Also I don't think they want to put the announcer into a figure, they like her being anonymous. Civilian is a possible option if they deside to implent a new gamemode.
But my guess is the sentrygun or the cow
