Urban Center - Urban VSH map in a construction area.
This is the first (second) version of "vsh_urbancenter" (suffix "_1b" currently)
Bad stuff:
- Grid size is completely whack, adding stuff will be hard
- Clipping issues in some places
- Lack of detail
- Map suffers from "This is too big!" syndrome
- Some player blocking clips aren't working well with the buildings
- No cubemaps currently
- Aesthetics are alright
- High skybox with decent verticality
- Decent routes to take
