I want to create my first map to team fortress 2 and the first map I ever created.
And because it will be my first map, I am still a noob in this area.

What I want to know is how to make my map avaiable to play online. When I am in the game I can search for maps made by players, what I want is that every play can choose to play on my map.

    How I do it?

You have to find some server owners and convince them to add your map to their rotation.

Have you played TF2 before? Servers have a set of maps that they like which are played in order, or a "rotation". Many of them just use the standard Valve rotation, with maybe one or two maps added or removed (like some might remove Junction but add pl_cashworks).

Some servers also use plugins to allow players to vote on what map to play next, so while your map might not be in the actual rotation, players would be allowed to nominate it and then vote to play it.

I play a lot in a map called mario kart and there is no rotation... It is always in this same map and the game never ends.

Well, some servers are like that. Most serious ones aren't.

I will give you a hint: just join the tf2maps chat and ask someone to upload the map for you, then bug people to play it when on the server. It works fine.
