a2 update release

• small healthpack by "NO TRESSPASSING" sign removed
• medium healthpack and ammopack under batts reduced to small
• ramps added clipping to bullets, making rockets actually work lmao I'm dumb
• respawn timers reduced from 8/4 to 5/3 for winners and losers respectively
• spawn point flags fixed, hopefully lol
• fourth spawn point removed
• various texture alignment fixes
