I usually try to get them all play tested before updating any of them, so I can edit all 3 at once (since they're all 3 separate VMF files.) Usually what I'll do is go through feedback for one, then change accordingly, then do the same to the next, and then the next. I wait until I've compiled all 3 stages separately before updating them on the website. After that, I just add all 3 to the bot in the discord server!
This way I can do everything in one big swoop instead of doing the whole process for each of them one at a time.
