Ok, heres my first tutorial - So bear with me..
I used the blastwindow prop and had it activate on a OnCapture trigger.
1. Create the intelligence prop and place it somewhere of your choosing.
2. Create a prop_dynamic of the blastwindow model and place it where you want.
3. Give it a name in its properties, I used blast_window_1.
4. Next double click on your intelligence and give it the 2 outputs shown in the pic below.
5. Finally make your func_capturezone - save and test it out.
Again this is my first tutorial so if you see a mistake, please let me know and I'll try to fix it.
