I love the model and it definitely looks like something I'd consider using, however...
1. The textures still appear pretty flat. They're just solid colors with some brush strokes. Nothing to indicate age like discoloration from sun exposure, rust or paint chips. Take a look at any of the stock TF2 railroad stuff and you'll see what I'm talking about.
2. The windows look like a complete afterthought. Just a gradient turned into a texture and slapped on there to avoid actually showing the cab interior. Opaque windows aren't necessarily bad, but these look like they belong in a nighttime map when the cab lights would be on.
3. A version of this model without the "TR0-T1M" logo, but with some other more generic locomotive number would probably fit better thematically with more maps.
