General tips are preferred, but if you want to know more details, the map i'm artpassing right now has an industrial theme, kinda like cp_well, cp_foundry and mvm_mannhattan.
Right now I usually put a bunch of random props (such as barrels, metal sheets) in the corners to make the rooms more densely packed. I also create inaccessible rooms for simple worldbuilding. Overlays are also used sparringly.
