I'm a little bummed about the possible cancellation, but also somewhat interested in seeing the results.
I don't see anything wrong with leaving ISS transport to the commercial sector. They'll probably be the ones who eventually make [affordable] civilian spaceflight a reality anyways, so it's nice to see them supported. And NASA will now have extra funds to spend on R&D of new technologies (advanced propulsion systems, indefinite life support systems :O). Things that will help advance deep space exploration, unmanned or otherwise. Just tell me when I can get my ass to Mars!
