They did say it had to do with making this year's Saxxys "bigger and better". I can think of nothing that would do that more effectively than Source Filmmaker.
Although, reading it again, they said that the Saxxy-embiggening secret and the big secret project are two separate things. So I guess it's Source Filmmaker and something else.
