Hows that in any way Valves fault? players teamwork in all pubs in every game in time hardly show teamwork.

Its Valves fault because they dumbed down the game to try to force teamwork in pubs and its just something that is not possible.

I wouldn't call that "dumbing down". Dumbing down would mean that teamwork wasn't necessary. I find it very deep and sophisticated that one guy can't just waltz in and dominate a team.

You're right about teamwork being hard to achieve on a public server. I guess it just means that in addition to having good aim and standard FPS skills, the ability to work with total strangers (even stupid ones) needs to be in your skillset.
