What about placing the 3 central points (B,C,D) in sight of one another (like on roof or hilltops)? This cuts down on the confusion of wondering where to go (since you can see the other points) and could encourage coordinated captures. Obviously, not too close together, so a single sentry could defend. But maybe just close enough so that you can see that scout on your team (through glass?) dancing on the other point.
