Cement - A construction-themed king of the hill map.

Cement is a construction-themed King of the Hill map, where the two teams are fighting over mid so they can finish construction.

This is my first map, so all criticism is appreciated.
PLEASE let me know if there are any game-breaking bugs or anything of the sort.

Just in case if you weren't aware, you can disable viewmodels with r_drawviewmodels 0 for cleaner screenshots, but besides that, it looks good.
