Red Team and Blue Team seemed to have noticed that both of their supply trains run through one station up in the mountains and want to make sure that by the end of the day one of them controls the station. I seem to think that this is no coincidence besides aren't RED and BLU industry's both owned by TF Industry's? hmmm....

    -PROTIP-

The train tracks though nothing is moving are still vary much lethal just like real monorail tracks touch these and you'll lite up like a match. :O So be careful on the lower levels watch your back for pyros and if your rocket/sticky jumping make sure your aim is right.

Nice setting. Definitely has an urban feel to it.

Could use more texture variation, everything is that pale grey. Try some bricks and different concrete textures to give it more variety.

I don't know what to think about the majorly tilty train tracks, but in general I am seriously loving this. I assume you're planning to get TF2-themed replacements for the chairs and lamps from someone.

Also, a tip about getting that curved roof-o-windows looking right: Align one surface to "face", and then Alt+right click on the surface next to it, then repeat until done.

This is what concerns me. Your train tracks are at an incredibly extreme angle. Most track in the US these days don't much exceed a grade of about 2%. That's about 1 foot of height difference for every 50 feet of horizontal distance (1:50). It looks like yours is at a grade somewhere between 33% and 50%, or about 1:3 - 1:2. At that angle no locomotive in the world could even hope to climb that hill. And no locomotive could help but careen down, completely out of control.

Architecturally the map is looking pretty sweet, but if you want players to feel like their battling it out in a believable setting you're going to have to flatten out those tracks considerably.

Exactly I only slanted the tracks because it makes it look unique.

I think 'stylized' is probably more accurate. An even with crazy things like double jumping, rocket jumping and teleporting gravity still exists within the TF2 universe.

This isn't a Roadrunner cartoon here. The TF2 style probably better compares to the realm of comic books and graphic novels; and even in worlds filled with superpowered mutants and aliens who can fly because of yellow sunlight you can bet nearly all the train tracks will take hills at realistic slopes.

If you don't want to change it that's cool. But I guarantee you that others like me will look at the trains on those tracks and wonder what on Earth is preventing them from plummeting down the hill.
