Something Wrong With The Tool Bar

I might of made the picture too small but the point is that i kept messing around with the grid options and then it disappeared. Can i get it back because i can't make the blocks in proper sizes anymore without it.

If you go to View > Screen Elements you can re-enable toolbars that you've closed. For future reference, the square bracket keys [ ] are a shortcut for changing grid size, so you don't strictly need the toolbar.
