Not quite sure where I'm going here. Might need some more signs or something? Maybe a landmark to help players find their way.

you need those signs to point towards the next one, instead of just a general direction, otherwise people will get lost

Looked at your map just a bit ago. First thing I noticed was that the flag icons were broken on my hud:


Idk if that's an issue with my hud or something you can fix on your end, though. It'll make playing a little difficult if we can't tell the status of the flags, though.

Other thing was another missing texture:


Idk if I installed the map incorrectly on the server, if you forgot some cube maps, or if it's just client side, though.

Also, I had a question: is capping blocked if the enemy has control of your flag?

capping is not blocked if the enemy has your current flag, no.

have a2 ready....seem to cap at first every time though :|

In a2, you always have to cap at the first flag spot. The capture zone effect moves to the proper flag but you can't cap anywhere but the first flag zone.

okay figured out the issue (i think) with the capping at first flag. kept fixing the "error" that func_capturezone had no parentname when fixing overlay angles. weird.

Map renamed to Shadlands_a3
tons of changes in a3: reworked flank at mid, opened map up a bit (still feel like im running into stuff and have to take a lot of turns), moved C flag around, moved spawn exits, and more!
