Seafoam - Fight your way to the beach in this single-point A/D map!

Similar to a previous map of mine, Seafoam is an Attack/Defend map experimenting with a single-point. It fixes a few issues the first map had, as well as introducing several new ones because nobody's grabbed me by the lapels and forced me to think about my actions before I make them.

Custom Content and Special Thanks:
- @Rexy, for the Tom Cruise Cutout and Orange Madness Textures
- @DioJoestar, for creating NonameASD, which I used as inspiration for several areas across the map
- @Mattie, for the London asset pack that I used in pre-a1 versions of the map

Overall
- Increased round time from 5:00 to 5:30
- Reduced setup time from 40s to 35s
- Changed the point's HUD icon from "DOCK" to the standard labelless icon

BLU Spawn
- Added a door between the intial room and the rest of spawn to close a potential sightline
- Added some light detailing (mostly crates because, come on.)
- Removed a curved wall due to lighting issues

The Caves
- Added a new path from the lower floor to the Beach
- Rearranged some rocks on the lower floor to block a sightline caused by the new path
- Added a medium healthkit to the lower floor
- Reduced the size of the healthkit on the high ground
- Moved the shack-side small health kit to a new indent closer to the exit
- Added some props on the shack-side exit to act as cover

The Beach
- Replaced the water texture with a modified version of @Custard1's Canaveral water
- Shrunk the dock just beyond the point, from 192hu wide to 160hu wide
- Made the ocean floor displacements
- Clipped the shack roof

RED Spawn
- You can now re-enter spawn!
- Lowered spawn by 192hu
- Removed the "MEAT" sign :(
