Hell yeah! I got to redeem my February's microcontest submission.

I don't like to make normal gamemodes and this was an easy one to implement, I would've just called it special delivery (sd_) but the darn gamemode prefix has hardcoded stuff I didn't want in.
I probably sounded a bit cocky with the whole new gamemode "tag_" but whatever, so now the prefix is "msd_" as in mannpower special delivery.

What changed:
- New name, "Ruined Valley", as a sequel to "Triumph Valley" the 3xPLR map.
- Fixed the cabinets not opening;
- Removed all powerups! The grappling hook stays.
- Moved the first flag, it now spawns under the bridge.
- Improved flag spawn: now a training annotation also alerts along the beam.
- Removed 2 flag spawnpoints, they were too close to the spawns.
- The train spawns more often.

What to change:
- Some cover, figured that the grappling hook would make it not viable to snipe but it's not enough.
- Make the player carrying the Australium more visible.

That's pretty much all I came up with this update.
Thanks to everyone that played the map, sorry if it wasn't that fun, hopefully the next one will be better!
