Is it possible to somehow hack/mod tf2 to allow you to same the state of a level a-la portal/hl2/gmod.
I know this isnt normaly possible, as tf2 is a multiplayer-only game.
Might it be possible for a server to write the state of all entities to a (cfg) file and later on reload the map and restore the entities properties?
Think of tr_walkway, but you wanting to save the settings. like say you want to have a savegame for airblast training.
I would prefer it if other players could join after you loaded a game.
I would not mind having to overhaul my map to get this working.
Is it possible (All server-sided, client doesnt have to mod tf2 himself) to get this done, and what would it take?
