Hi I am very new to map making never had tried before. I decided to map because I wanted to make a map for a poster.
I don't know if I will make actual maps for the game as I have no sense in what makes a map good.
Anyway this is about the problems I am having with H++
First when I compile the map to test it doesn't load due to there not being a portal? And this is only with H++. Hammer compiles fine with out a portal.
And the second problem is I downloaded the Ultimate Mapping Resource Pack to get the libraries and the improved FGD but when I open H++ it just crashes each time and I don't know how to manually add the FGD to the configuration.
I hope you guys know the fixes to these and tell me if there is a forum for Hammer or H++ problems.
