Power Tower - First version of Power Tower, fast paced KOTH based around central tower. Needs player testing. A King of the Hill map centred around a high ground control point, with various open and enclosed walkways that encourage fast paced combat. An attempt to take a design idea I had twelve years ago and make it in to a playable map! It is in its first alpha stage, it needs player testing and feedback. Details and theme are barebones at the moment.
The map seems Asymmetrical. (which is really bad for KOTH) I haven't playtested yet, just giving a heads-up.
Made the map more symmetrical by moving the trucks and barrels. (The middle building still has slight asymmetry to keep doors from granting spawn-to-spawn sightlines.) Added a new room, at the top floor, near the back where the two enclosed corridors meet. Read the rest of this update entry...
The map has undergone an almost complete rehaul! The spawn rooms are now respectably far away from the control point, adding additional rooms and corridors that help lead towards the main room.
