Flank - A pretty standard take on the Viaduct formula™

This map was made in about a day, as a take on the Viaduct formula for making a Koth map. I wanted to make a KotH map with some kind of drop-down as a flank option.

The name of the map is very likely to change in the future, as it was decided earlier on in the project. As it is the first map I made in quite some time and the first more standard map I'm making, I do realize it's probably going to have problems with sightlines or sentry spots.

The map includes all necessary components for a 24 or 32-player game. It also has been clipped to the best of my ability to prevent getting stuck on doorways or props or going above the fences.

The map is still missing some features, like spectator cameras.

- Made some ramps into func_details
- Added side building:
- Removed the fences to improve performance
- Added a flank option
- Added a sniper deck above the rock
- Added more ammo and health
- Raised central point to cut off sniper sightlines from the ground
- Lowered skybox to prevent getting out of the map and brought it in contact with the other brushes
- Reduced the number of fences by using bigger ones
- Lowered the cap time
- Changed the map's name from Flank to Plank

The file is repacked and ready for testing

- Made some texture work to differentiate walls and floors
- Added clips to overhangs for jumping classes
- Lowered the height of the building in front of spawn and made its central access easier
- Lowered the balcony and its access to allow non-jumping classes to get to it faster, and to remove fall damage
- Removed the shutter doors at the point
- Added a small cover on the empty side of the control point to decrease demos' effectiveness
- Centered the spawn rooms
- Added a wall at the back of the spawn rooms to replace the skybox
- Added fences at the back of the spawn areas for them not to just have an invisible wall
- Cleaned up some of the brushwork for stairs and ramps
- Changed the spawn rooms shutter to actual shutter doors
