PL pl_backwater B3

[Kill_the_Bug]

Kill_the_Bug submitted a new resource:

pl_backwater - Badwater is now backwards

Yep - you read it right - backwater is the badwater map where the cart starts at the end of the map and goes back to the start of the map.

Did this as a special request and surprisingly - it plays pretty well even with bots.

Version B3 is released

Added in a couple of items to help red defend especially if blue take the high ground on the final point
