Carts act as a built-in timer by approaching the center, making defense progressively more difficult.

Supports bots.

• Reversed direction of the third stage
• Shortened flag timer to 10 seconds for the first two stages
• Tweaked cart movement to be more forgiving of failed caps
• Shortened setup time to 30 seconds for the first two stages
• Reduced cart speed to achieve normal round times
