Gamemode @LizardOfOz:

• The Samba Meter provides only 1 buff chosen at random when completely full. Available buffs: mini-crits, speed, battalion's backup damage resistance, instant respawn, infinite ammo.
• The meter fill speed has been doubled.
• The truck speeds up after been captured for some time
• Fixed game_text overdrawing

• Started base artpass
• A lot of adjustments to 3D skybox
• Expanded the area...
