Is there an operator or initializer, on anything to make particles be affected by wind?
Particles are sprites AFAIK, and they're their own point entity which name eludes me- it's been a very long time since I've been mapping last. You could parent the sprite entities to a func_tracktrain to create the illusion of wind.
No, individual particles are not their own entities.
