Texture Nuke cables for TF2 1.0

Have you seen the default electric cables? They are ugly as hell! So thought Valve when creating the new version of Nuke back in 2016. They created a new cable material.

I ported this material to TF2, however, in my version:
- It has a bumpmap (ported from CS:GO too)
- It reacts to lighting

No more ugly monochrome cables!
