koth_blackwater_a1 - Koth map set in a sewage "processing" plant at night.

koth_blackwater is a King of the hill map that is set in a sewage "processing" plant at nighttime. Features include multiple instances of moving water that pushes you (incredible), as well as a deathpit full of flesh eating frogs.

Made some more minor and major changes.

Gameplay changes:
-Accessible sheds and platforms at each teams most forward courtyard.
-Made the cubbies next to the sewer building more spacious and less awkward.
-Sewer ramp thing replaced with a more sheer drop.
-Adjusted many of the push brushes.
-Some props to add minor gameplay possibilities.
-New spectator cameras.

Vanitous changes:
-Displacements are now dirtier.
-Changed a confusing sound.
