Newbie request

Hi there,

We are a french mutligaming community since 2007, playing on various games including tf2. The leader of this section left the team with all members, and i'm starting playing a bit to revive this part of our clan.

Anyway, i set up a new server and all, i need no help for configuration of any kind, but i have big troubles finding kind of an "official" map pack with all the most played maps. I find a lot of bullshit custom maps everywhere on the net, but i definitely can't find this kind of "official" map pack, with all common maps like these maps.

Would you guys please give me a nice maplist (with advices for famous and mandatory maps for tf2), with a nice download link where i can get this?

Hehe, no mistake, i didn't say all custom maps were bad, i just said i found a lot of shit, that's different no offense, i'm actually mapping too for HL2dm for a long time.

And basically, i make this question more simple:

-this is my (poor) map list at the moment:

tc_hydro
cp_well
cp_granary
cp_dustbowl
cp_gravelpit
ctf_2fort

what's missing, what's mandatory in your opinion, where can i found it?

You've never actually set up a source server before, have you?

oh thanks i'm setting up servers for hl2dm since 2 years now, but this is not the subject to be honest, i just dobn't know a lot about tf2, and i just need to know what are the good, official, played maps, and where i can download them.

edit: well, taking a look on hlsw, i can see that there's already a lot of default map available, ofc, i will do my maplist with these.

if you guys still have suggestions for nice maps, it's welcome
