Okay, this will sound harsh, but you need to remove this map from any kind of public viewing now.
1. I loaded in and spawned on the Red team. The spawn door wouldn't open. I had to use noclip to get out of the spawn room. Strangely enough, the Blu spawn doors open just fine for me when I'm on the Red team.
2. You've made great use of some custom textures. It's unfortunate that they're not included with the BSP. Anything that isn't provided by Valve MUST be included in the BSP, otherwise no one will be able to see it. Your map is almost entirely done up in custom textures. Since it's an "orange" map, my guess is that you've used Youme's red and blue dev textures. I don't have those yet, so all I see is a map FILLED with purple and black checkerboard patterns. Absolutely unacceptable.
3. You have no working skybox at all. When I look up at the sky I see the actual skybox tool texture, not a nice blue sky with clouds. Also, there doesn't seem to be an env_sunlight entity to go with any skybox you've tried to implement. Every decal I saw, along with the player weapon model was almost completely black. If you have sky, you HAVE to have sunlight.
4. You've got lights with no sources all over the place. Even in orange maps lights have sources. Also, it looks like you just kept plunking down more and more lights instead of increasing the brightness of the ones you already had. Remember, light entities have properties you can change, including color and brightness.
Overall, I wish I had something positive to say simply because I hate to sound like the bad guy, but really I can't find anything. If you're really attached to this map and want it to work, you have a LOT of work to do. If you're not that attached to it, just scrap it entirely. Malfunctioning spawn doors, missing textures, no proper skybox and obscenely poor lighting prevent me from even playtesting or commenting on the brushwork. This might be an early alpha map, but certainly not a beta. Try and learn something from all the problems you've got in this map and either improve it, or use your gained knowledge and start a new project.
