New Computer Post-Steampipe

I have a fresh new computer, and it's never had steam/tf2/source SDK on it before. What do I do to get an up and running Hammer Editor?

Install Steam, then install tf2. Hammer comes with the tf2 install now and is located in common/Team Fortress 2/bin
